Shipping & Delivery

 

Processing & Production

 

At RIO Athleisure, we prioritize sustainability and quality. Because we produce our items after the pre-order period, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This ensures we minimize waste and deliver the best products to you.

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

Once your order has completed production, shipping times vary based on your location:

    • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

Shipping times do not include production time.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Costs 

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    • We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

 

RIO Renew: Sustainable Shipping & Returns

 

As part of our RIO Renew initiative, we encourage customers to recycle used RIO Athleisure items. When you send back eligible items, you’ll receive a discount toward your next purchase! Learn more on our RIO Renew page.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments
